Service Guarantee
We proudly stand behind the quality of our work.
- No-Chip Gel Manicures: Guaranteed for 7 days.
- Dip Powder, Builder Gel, Gel-X & Nail Enhancements: Guaranteed for 10 days.
- If lifting, chipping, or product failure occurs within the guarantee period, please contact us promptly to schedule a complimentary repair appointment.
Please Note:
- Repairs must match the original color and design.
- Guarantee does not cover accidents, improper care, nail biting, picking, excessive force, or normal wear and tear.
- Repairs after the guarantee period will be subject to repair charges.
- Traditional regular polish services are not guaranteed.
Service Satisfaction & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please notify your technician during your appointment or before leaving the salon. This allows us the opportunity to address any concerns immediately. Because salon services are personalized and performed upon request:
- All completed services are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind, color preference, style preference, or personal taste after the service has been completed.
Management may offer reasonable adjustments or corrections at its discretion when concerns are reported within the applicable guarantee period.
Allergies, Sensitivities & Medical Conditions
For your safety, please inform our team before your service if you have:

Appointment Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling based on availability.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future appointments.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the completion of all services.
We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
Any attempt to use counterfeit currency, fraudulent payment methods, chargeback fraud, or intentional non-payment may result in refusal of future services.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization.
Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption.
Promotional gift cards or special offers may be subject to additional terms and expiration dates.
Personal Belongings
Etoile Nail Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property, including handbags, wallets, jewelry, phones, electronic devices, gift cards, or other valuables.
Security & Surveillance
For the safety and security of our clients, employees, and business operations, video surveillance may be in use in public areas of the salon. By entering the premises, you acknowledge and consent to video monitoring where permitted by applicable law.
Health & Safety
Clients with contagious nail, skin, or health conditions may be asked to reschedule their appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse or modify services when a condition may pose a health or safety risk.
Clients are expected to follow salon safety and sanitation guidelines during their visit.
Children & Guests
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Children who are not receiving services should remain seated and under direct supervision throughout the visit.
Alcoholic beverages are strictly for guests who are 21 years of age or older and may not be shared with minors under any circumstances.
Valid government-issued photo identification may be required to verify age before alcoholic beverages are served.
Etoile Nail Bar reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who cannot provide valid identification, appears intoxicated, or otherwise does not meet legal requirements for alcohol consumption.
